What the contact form collects

Your name, your email address, your organization if you give it, and your message. They are used only to reply to you and, if we agree on work together, to plan it.

Where it goes

The message is delivered as an email to the Nordic Gradient mailbox in Microsoft 365. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check, to keep automated spam out. It runs only on the contact page and looks at technical signals, such as your IP address and browser, to tell people from bots. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve that check.

How long it is kept

Messages are deleted after 12 months, unless they lead to an assignment. Correspondence about an assignment is kept as long as the assignment and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what Nordic Gradient holds about you by emailing john@nordicgradient.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies and statistics

This site sets no cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data.
